Where the listings come from
Most jobs on this site arrive automatically. Several times a day the board reads the careers pages and applicant-tracking systems that companies publish themselves — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Workable, Personio, SmartRecruiters and others — and lists the roles that are about design systems work.
The rest arrive by hand. Anyone can submit a job, for free, whether they are hiring or just spotted something worth sharing, and roles found elsewhere are sometimes added manually. A submitted or hand-added job is checked and listed the same way as a synced one, and it is held to the same rule: it has to be a real, open, paid role in design systems. Nothing is listed in exchange for payment, and no placement is ever sold.
Accuracy
The title, location, type and description are reproduced as the company published them, lightly cleaned for display, and may lag behind the original by a few hours. The original listing is always the authoritative version. Discipline, role, seniority, country and city are inferred from the posting text rather than stated by the company, and they can be wrong.
Postings are checked regularly and marked as expired when they disappear from their source, but a role may be filled, changed or withdrawn before that happens. Nothing here is an offer of employment, a promise that a role is open, or a guarantee that a listing is complete, current or correct.
This site does not hire
Design systems jobs is a place to find postings, not an employer, a recruiter or an agency. It does not screen candidates, forward applications, interview, place anyone, or take part in a hiring decision. Applying happens on the company's own site, under that company's terms and privacy policy, and every "Apply" link leaves this one.
Employers listed here are not vetted. Judge a company and its posting for yourself before you apply, and treat the ordinary warning signs as warning signs: no legitimate employer asks a candidate for a fee, a payment, bank details or identity documents in order to apply. If a listing here looks fraudulent, say so and it will be removed.
Companies and logos
Company names and logos identify the employer that published a posting. They belong to their owners, are used for identification only, and their presence here does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or any other relationship. A company that prefers not to be listed can ask to be removed, and so can anyone reporting a posting that is wrong, expired or should not be here.

Visits are counted with Fathom Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so there is nothing here to consent to.
