Senior product designer role at Xendit within the Operational Journey cluster, covering merchant onboarding, dashboard, and KYC-heavy lifecycle flows. The role also owns consolidating the design system that keeps these experiences coherent as the domain scales.
What you'll do
- Design product flows in the Operational Journey cluster: onboarding, dashboard, KYC-heavy lifecycle
- Consolidate and document the existing design system
- Establish tokens and patterns the whole team can build on
- Set design standards across the domain, including the developer-experience surface
- Guide design decisions through standards and critique rather than producing every screen
- Mentor other designers on the team when needed
What we're looking for
- Excellent product design craft with a portfolio showing complex flows made simple
- Demonstrated systems thinking: reusable components, tokens, patterns with rigor
- Experience with high-stakes clarity in regulated, compliance-driven products
Nice to have
- Consolidating or migrating an existing design system
- Fintech or payments product design experience
- Front-end literacy
- Track record of mentoring designers
