Voy is hiring a Design Systems Manager to lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, and adoption of its design system across web and mobile. The role bridges design and engineering, owning global patterns, accessibility standards, and product quality across all journeys.
What you'll do
- Provide oversight on design system initiatives across web and mobile platforms
- Set the long-term roadmap and vision for the design system
- Partner with product design and front-end engineering on integration and tokenization
- Align component libraries across teams
- Maintain design craft, UI consistency, interaction quality, and visual polish
- Establish, document, and enforce WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Drive inclusive design practices across web and mobile ecosystems
- Drive adoption across product teams
- Establish governance processes, contribution models, and documentation
- Optimise design-to-code workflows and component libraries
- Improve documentation platforms to boost development velocity
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in product design and design systems
- Track record building and managing design systems across web and mobile
- Deep technical fluency working with front-end engineers on design tokens and component architecture
- Experience with code repos
- Strong knowledge of WCAG standards
- Experience implementing accessible design systems
- Proficiency in Figma, tokens, and variables
- Proficiency in documentation platforms such as Storybook or Zeroheight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for mentoring junior and mid-level designers
Nice to have
- Experience working in startups and small teams
- Experience with design system automation, AI tooling, and token translation pipelines

- Hybrid role based in London Bridge, three days a week with lunch once a week
