Swissquote is hiring a Design System Specialist to own and develop the design system across its website and digital media, reporting to the Design Manager. The role ensures consistent, accessible and scalable digital experiences, working closely with UX/UI designers, developers and other stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop the design system in Figma using AI
- Create and document components, styles, variables and guidelines
- Check consistency of interfaces across the entire website
- Help designers adopt the design system
- Facilitate collaboration between design, copywriting, integration and development teams
- Work with developers to ensure accurate component integration
- Participate in building interfaces that are simple, accessible and responsive
- Centralise, organise and prioritise requests for design system updates
- Stay up to date on UX/UI practices, accessibility rules and new tools, especially AI
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong UX/UI and digital design expertise, including interaction design, responsive design and accessibility standards
- Proven experience designing digital interfaces and creating, managing and evolving design systems
- Excellent command of Figma, including components, variants, variables, styles and shared libraries
- Proven ability to coordinate, organise and develop a scalable, adopted design system
- Proficiency in AI tools and integrating generative AI into design processes
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers and multi-disciplinary teams
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and component architecture
Good to know
- Fluency in French and good working knowledge of English required
