Senior UX Product Designer – Design Systems role within Salesforce's User Interface & User Experience org, owning the dedicated design system for Informatica products. Shapes visual standards, documentation and AI-powered prototyping across the product suite.
What you'll do
- Drive evolution of the Informatica design system by delivering UI mockups, icons, illustrations and component specs
- Partner with UX product designers, visual design leads and UI engineers to validate, scale and ship design solutions
- Write and govern component usage documentation across teams
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to prototype, animate and extend design system components
- Champion design standards through design reviews, feedback and implementation support with dev and QA
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing user interfaces for enterprise web products
- Strong portfolio showing visual design craft, component-level thinking and design system contribution
- System-level thinking and deep knowledge of responsive, accessible and inclusive design
- Fluency in AI-assisted design workflows, including Claude and Figma Make
- Understanding of component design, design tokens and how design systems scale
- Experience writing or governing component usage documentation at scale
- Strong visual design skills
- Design related degree or design training
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Figma Make, Claude or similar AI prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of web and mobile bridging design specs and front-end implementation
- User-centered design perspective considering accessibility needs
- Experience with UX methods and design thinking, including workshops and problem framing
