Reevo is hiring a senior product designer to own its design system end to end, sitting across design and engineering. The role covers components, documentation, governance and roadmap for a system still in its foundational stage, including how it supports AI agents building on it.
What you'll do
- Own the system end to end, from components and documentation to governance and roadmap
- Build and evolve a system from tokens through atomic components to composed patterns across platforms
- Structure the system so AI agents can generate on-system experiences, working with implementing engineers
- Prototype and pressure-test components and patterns, iterating against user feedback and business goals
- Design the tooling and process that keep documentation current and useful
- Take on end-to-end product design work that stress-tests the system in real use
- Build relationships with designers and engineers who depend on the system and prioritise unblocking work
- Drive adoption across teams, review contributions, and hold the quality bar with guardrails
What we're looking for
- 8+ years designing products in a fast-paced environment, ideally B2B SaaS
- 2+ years building and owning a design system
- Product design background including shipping end-to-end product work
- Demonstrated ownership of a system beyond components: documentation, contribution and governance models, adoption, versioning
- Track record of earning trust with designers and engineers and letting their needs drive the roadmap
- Fluency in how components get built, comfortable discussing component APIs, tokens and implementation tradeoffs
- Genuine interest in building a system that AI agents create with
- Self-starter comfortable in ambiguity, finds problems, decides what matters, moves
- High craft bar and persistence, including edge cases, deprecations and keeping docs current
