UI & Design Systems Designer at nyra health, a brand new role setting the visual and interaction standard across myReha and nyra insights. Owns the component system across iOS, Android and web, working with the Product Design Lead, Brand Designer, frontend engineers and founders.
What you'll do
- Own visual quality of myReha and nyra insights across every screen, state and platform
- Build and evolve component library and token architecture in Figma across iOS, Android and web
- Structure components and tokens so AI tooling can generate, validate and extend them
- Work as a peer with frontend engineers on design-to-code parity
- Build WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility into every component
- Write usage guidelines that engineers and designers actually use
- Build contribution patterns that make the team faster and more consistent
What we're looking for
- Exceptional UI craft with pixel-level polish, not just system architecture
- Strong Figma skills across components, variables, auto-layout and shared libraries
- Design systems experience with base, semantic and component token layers
- Ability to work as a peer with frontend engineers
- 5+ years shipping digital products across mobile and/or web
- Daily use of AI tools in design and delivery work
Nice to have
- Experience designing for users with cognitive or physical impairments
- Healthcare, mental health, or assistive technology background
