Senior Digital Designer role on the Podium Design System team, which builds reusable UI components, tokens and guidance used across the digital product portfolio. The team works horizontally with product partners to help them implement the system. Reports to the Senior Design Manager of the Podium team.
What you'll do
- Work on Podium Design System components, tokens, guidance, AI tooling and integrations into product domains
- Drive design execution across large-scope project tracks using strategic thinking
- Design polished work representing the brand through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes
- Own multiple product features for medium to large projects
- Take proactive ownership at ambiguous edges of projects
- Iterate and refine design concepts from initial briefing through final delivery
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, design operations, engineers, researchers and designers
- Develop design solutions using participatory and iterative techniques including user interviews, observation, usability testing, validation and design thinking workshops
- Inspire new ways of thinking and explore the unknown with fresh approaches
- Mentor and give feedback to fellow designers and interns to uplevel their craft
- Evangelise the brand and drive initiatives that strengthen design culture internally
