NEXTON is hiring a Product Manager for a client's Design System squad in Paris. The role owns the internal Design System as a strategic product used by dozens of squads, turning it into a lever for scalability and profitability.
What you'll do
- Define the product vision for the Design System
- Track product performance via adoption, efficiency and quality KPIs
What we're looking for
- Experienced product manager
- Expertise in prioritisation frameworks
- Ability to arbitrate roadmap by value and KPIs (adoption, efficiency, scalability)
- Understanding of designer and developer friction points
