Product Manager role for a client's Design System squad, delivered via NEXTON on a permanent contract in Paris. Owns the internal design system product used by dozens of squads, driving its strategy, delivery and governance.
What you'll do
- Define the product vision for the design system
- Develop the product strategy for system evolution
- Track product performance via adoption, efficiency and quality KPIs
- Guarantee roadmap fluidity between design conception and technical implementation
- Coordinate design and engineering teams to harmonise design tokens
What we're looking for
- Confirmed product manager experience
- Background as former product designer or design system lead
- Expertise in prioritisation frameworks and value/KPI-driven roadmaps
- Understanding of designer and developer friction points
- Knowledge of front-end development, React and design tokens
