NEXTON is hiring a Design System Manager on a permanent contract in Paris, joining the Product and Design teams of a major client. The role owns the strategy, evolution and adoption of the Design System across a complex, multi-product environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate designers, developers, product managers and stakeholders for consistent adoption
- Measure design system impact through metrics and propose continuous improvement actions
- Monitor best practices in design systems, UX, accessibility and front-end technologies
What we're looking for
- Significant experience managing a design system in complex digital environments
- Mastery of design system, design ops and product governance principles
- Understanding of front-end integration (HTML, CSS, modern frameworks)
