Moniepoint is hiring a Product Design Lead to own its design system. The role covers component architecture, design tokens, interaction patterns and cross-platform consistency across Web, iOS and Android.
What you'll do
- Maintain high visual standards for layout, typography, colour and spacing across reusable elements
- Design, build and maintain component libraries that scale across products
- Define interactive behaviours and state transitions for components
- Structure and maintain design tokens for consistency between design and code
- Organise variants, properties and components within Figma libraries
- Partner with engineering teams across Web, React, Flutter, Android and iOS
- Create documentation and usage guidelines for components
What we're looking for
- Proven track record building and scaling production-ready design systems
- Deep understanding of Web, iOS and Android platform constraints
- Systems-thinking mindset shown through portfolio work
- Strong familiarity with how developers inspect and consume components in code
- Advanced Figma proficiency including auto-layout, variants and variables
- Solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Familiarity with component-driven frameworks (React, Flutter) and Atomic Design
- Excellent writing and presentation skills for executive-level communication
