Senior Product Manager role at Mindera owning the Design System across Web and App platforms. Sits at the intersection of Design and Engineering, managing its vision, roadmap, governance and adoption across the digital ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Drive the long-term vision, adoption and implementation of the design system across Web and App platforms
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog to align with business goals
- Coordinate design and engineering workstreams for internal product teams
- Advocate for the design system, raising awareness and sharing progress across the business
- Set premium design standards through high-quality, reusable components and patterns
- Embed accessibility guidelines and support for assistive technologies
- Partner with App teams to ensure technical alignment with Liquid Glass and Edge-to-Edge requirements
- Establish productivity baselines and success metrics tied to business OKRs
- Support contribution models and governance structures as the system evolves
- Cultivate an active user community through outreach, feedback and quarterly surveys
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally on a design system, component library or internal platform
- Experience treating a platform as a product, managing internal users as customers
- Strong collaboration with design and engineering teams, with technical understanding of theming, tokens and component architecture
- Familiarity with Web and mobile app development contexts (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and assistive technologies
- Experience defining success metrics, OKRs and adoption baselines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority
- Fluent English, written and spoken
