GoTymeX, the technology and operations arm of GoTyme Bank, is hiring a UI and Design System Lead for its 30-person Design Team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role owns the development and scaling of coded design systems with AI-ready architectures, working closely with engineering.
What you'll do
- Develop and expand coded design systems with AI-ready architectures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design
What we're looking for
- 4+ years structuring and scaling a coded design system for mobile (Android, iOS) with AI-ready architectures
- Design-engineering fluency across implementation constraints, states, APIs, platform differences
- Demonstrated experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations
- Strong Figma capability: component properties, variables, modes, libraries, scalable file organisation
- Working knowledge of design-system foundations, component architecture, template systems
- Working knowledge of tokens, theming, documentation, versioning, reusable patterns, contribution workflows
- Portfolio showing successful design-system implementation from concept to execution with AI references
- Strong opinions with ability to sell a design vision, and readiness to adapt
- Collaborative mindset addressing business, brand, and user requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication for conveying design decisions to stakeholders
- 'Just do it' attitude to get things done
