This Vice President role leads Fidelity's Design System (FDS) and accessibility program within the UX organization, reporting to the UXD Design Leader of Digital Channels. It owns strategic vision, product strategy, and deployment of design system assets and services for internal product teams.
What you'll do
- Lead team of product managers and individual contributors with Engineering to deliver reusable assets, standards, accessibility tools, and support for Web, iOS, Android teams
- Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user data and feedback
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team executing the product plan, removing barriers
- Work with analysts and Finance teams to measure usage, impact, and value of FDS and accessibility programs
- Ensure clear communication across the enterprise on program goals, activities, and capabilities
- Communicate progress, needs, and strategic direction to executive leadership
- Operate as a senior leader within the UX organization to help evolve the practice
What we're looking for

- Passionate advocate for innovation and customer-centered design
- 15 plus years of experience in design or related product role leading teams of designers or product managers
