Senior Designer Design System role at Betclic, sitting within the Customer Experience team alongside product designers, UX researchers and Product Operations Managers. Owns design system maintenance and design operations, guiding a small team and shaping design methodologies.
What you'll do
- Oversee design operations, optimising processes and workflows
- Manage a small team, guiding them to excellence
- Maintain and enhance the design system to meet high standards
- Innovate and refine design methodologies and processes
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers
- Promote adoption of the design system across teams as an ambassador

- Expertise in design systems beyond UI kit creation
- Figma mastery
- Proficiency in Git
- Experience collaborating with developers
- Proactive team player who supports and inspires others
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional documentation and guideline writing skills
- Curiosity for new tools and technologies
- Strategic design vision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
